History and Timeline
Starting in 2008, the first homemade birthday cakes were made. Since then my baking skills have gradually devloped over time being enjoyed by friends and family. My inspiration for business began in 2010 when I was working as a Store Manager for a family juice bar which also specialised in homemade cakes.

Recipe Development
Recipe development begins as I had a small collection of recipes that I wanted to improve.
My goal was to make the best versions of things that I had ever tasted. My perfect brownie was born in 2012!
Darts Farm
Business project previously featured at Darts Farm, Topsham.
I tested the waters by showcasing to the public. The feedback was remarkable.
Adelaida Foods
After living my life out a little and gaining tremendous life experiences I decided to reopen the baking chapter during Lockdown 2020 and started to supply wholesale.
Following my Mothers' death in 2019, I decide to launch a legacy. Mrs. Adelaida (Aida) Spiller.
Brand Evolution
Just when I was about to give up I was surprised to receive a gold award from Taste of The West in August 2022.
By 10th November we go fully online with the creation of Adelaida.co.uk and start selling on TikTok Shop.
